0% Sidelot fee
After activation, qualifying buyers skip only Sidelot’s 0.25% platform fee. The launcher’s 0.25% fee and network gas remain. Robinhood markets require compatible exact-transfer tokens.
A share of the weekly AI pool
The proposed program would allocate half of verified collected token-fee revenue to AI allowances. Larger eligible holdings over the week would receive a larger share of a funded pool. This program is not active.
Put unused credits to work
The planned credit marketplace will let you offer eligible Sidelot credits to another user, with the original expiry clearly shown.

Compare an illustrative $1,000 trade. Registry market IDs 1 through 25 keep 100% of fees actually collected, permanently for those markets.

Slots follow successful onchain registration order in the fee-aware exchange’s linked registry. There is no per-wallet grant or launch window. The rule applies to the verified mainnet exchange and does not rewrite historical contracts.

AI allowances · Coming later

Funded by activity.
Shared with holders.

The proposed program would allocate half of verified, collected token-fee revenue to the AI pool. Allowances would follow each wallet’s share of eligible holdings over the previous week, so briefly moving tokens between wallets could not create extra credit.

There is no fixed $10 promise. Less funded revenue means a smaller pool; no funded revenue means no new allowance. Unused weekly credits expire at the next reset, even if sold to someone else.

AI allowance.

If $2,000 of attributable token-fee revenue were verified and received, the proposed 50% allocation would provide a $1,000 holder pool, only once fully backed by available AI service funding.

The collection wallet is designated for PONS fee receipts. This preview does not confirm that PONS is configured, a deposit has arrived, or provider funding is available. No token tax rate is assumed in this example. Token-fee funding is separate from OTC market fees.

Your first eligible completed OTC offer earns 100 XP. Three additional markets can earn 50 XP each, with a new counterparty for every milestone. Existing verified history counts automatically.

The cap is 250 XP per wallet. Trade size and repeated fills do not multiply XP. This is nontransferable recognition, with no cash, airdrop or AI credit entitlement.
