What is available today

Updated October 22, 2026. AI OTC is coming after the Robinhood token-market debut. Real AI credit trading is not activated. The full trading preview lets you launch a local example market, post buy or sell offers, fill them partly or fully, cancel remaining quantities and inspect balances, receipts and candles. It uses test ETH, test Sidelot and example credits in your browser. It does not connect a wallet, send payments, mint onchain tokens, call an AI provider or create real credit entitlements. The credit overview explains the two credit sources.

The ERC-1155 credit and exchange contracts, independent issuance ledger, mint/burn operations and chain receipt verifier are implemented and tested locally. They remain undeployed and are not connected to public trading. Authenticated HTTP action routes, the independent-supplier fulfillment connection and the paid-fill indexer still need to be integrated and verified. Local implementation and tests are not a public launch. The Product status page records activation; the whitepaper explains the architecture.

Try the complete local trading flow

Open the trading preview to try the market from both sides. Your example account starts with test payment balances and sample credits. Existing example offers help you try buying and selling immediately; they are simulated counterparties, not other customers.

You can also launch a venue for an example series, choose its name and test payment currency, then create your own buy or sell offer. This does not mint more credits. Review the quantity, original expiry, asking price and illustrative fee breakdown. The preview reserves offered credit or test payment while an offer is open. Fill part of an offer to see the remaining quantity, or cancel its unfilled portion. Choose Simulate fill on your own offer to use the example counterparty and inspect the seller and launcher experience.

Each completed demo fill updates only local balances, activity and receipts. Candles are calculated from those simulated fills for the selected market and currency. They are not live trading history. From My credits, the usage step consumes sample credit and records a demo redemption receipt; it does not generate an AI answer or call a model.

The preview uses an illustrative 0.50% buyer fee shared between the launcher and platform. It does not apply holder waivers, first-25 token-market benefits, network gas or token transfer taxes. Those example calculations do not set the real AI marketplace fee schedule or prove payment-token compatibility.

Progress is saved in this browser when local storage is available. It does not sync to a wallet or another device. Use Reset preview and confirm to return to the starting examples; resetting cannot affect real funds or accounts. Test balances, rates, fees and model names are examples, not launch terms or provider offers.

  1. 01Open an example market or launch a local venue for an example credit series.
  2. 02Choose test ETH or test Sidelot through the market's fixed quote currency.
  3. 03Create a buy or sell offer, or review an existing example offer.
  4. 04Complete a full or partial demo fill; use the explicit counterparty simulation for your own offer.
  5. 05Check remaining offers, reserved and available balances, receipts and demo-fill candles.
  6. 06Try sample-credit usage, inspect its simulated redemption receipt, then reset whenever you want to start again.

Coins and AI usage are different products

A coin OTC market connects people who want to trade an existing token at agreed terms. A Tokenized AI market connects people who want to trade a defined right to use an AI service. Both need a willing buyer and seller.

An AI credit must say who supplies the service, which models or features it covers, how usage is charged, and when it expires. A nominal $1 allowance describes usage at that product’s published rates. It is not a stablecoin, a guaranteed cash payout or ownership of a provider account. Launching a market does not create demand or guarantee revenue.

Two sources of AI credits

Sidelot holder allowances: funded weekly allocations intended for positive eligible Sidelot holdings. A holder may sell eligible unused credits already in their account. Each lot keeps its original catalog and weekly expiry.

Independent supplier capacity: an approved supplier’s own authorized AI service, with separate funding, supply, terms and delivery responsibility. The approved issuer alone may issue credits against its exclusive backing. Once a series is approved and tradable, anyone may open a venue for trading it; opening a venue does not create new credits or give access to the issuer’s backing. The holder allowance pool does not fund independent suppliers.

An API key, provider subscription or screenshot of a provider balance does not establish a transferable asset. Suppliers must demonstrate control of delivery and permission to offer the service. Buyers never purchase or receive the supplier’s credentials.

SourceWho backs the serviceWhat can be sold
Holder allowanceThe verified and funded Sidelot weekly poolEligible unused account credits until their original expiry
Independent capacityThe approved supplier for that registered productOnly its separately reserved and authorized service capacity

Launch your own AI market

Opening a trading venue and creating a new AI product are different actions. Once an AI credit series is approved and tradable, anyone may open a market for that series, choose its presentation and nominate its launcher fee recipient. They do not have to supply the AI service. Traders can list only eligible credits they own; opening the venue does not grant its launcher other holders’ inventory or permission to issue credits.

Creating a new service product or series requires an approved issuer, verified delivery authority and exclusively reserved backing. Only the registered issuer may issue credits against that backing. Holding Sidelot tokens or operating a venue does not establish those permissions.

The local trading preview lets you create an example venue and test trading it. That venue exists only in your browser. An application is not an approved product, and an approved product is not a confirmed onchain market. Public creation, issuance and paid trading remain unavailable.

  1. 01Choose an already approved, tradable series and review its issuer, service, usage rates, unit and original expiry.
  2. 02If you want to introduce a new AI product instead, complete issuer approval and exclusive-backing verification first; only its registered issuer can issue the credits.
  3. 03Create a venue for the exact approved series, then choose market details and the launcher fee recipient.
  4. 04List only credits you own, choose available ETH or Sidelot payment terms and review every cost before signing.
  5. 05Open real trading only after the contracts, public action routes, payment verification and service delivery are activated.

Sell credits already in your account

Select an eligible, unexpired lot owned by your verified account or wallet and the quantity you want to sell. A market launcher can list only their own inventory, just like any other seller. The system must reserve those units before publishing an offer, so you cannot spend them on AI, list them again or tokenize them at the same time.

Set an asking price and review the service, remaining time and payment terms. The buyer receives only the units sold; you keep the rest. A sale keeps the original expiry. Cancelling releases only the unfilled units that are still valid. It does not renew expired credits.

An open offer is an asking price, not earned revenue. Completed payment and credit delivery must be verified before the sale appears as a completed trade.

Choose ETH or Sidelot for payment

The payment design supports a choice of native ETH or the Sidelot token on Robinhood Chain. Each accepted quote must specify the exact currency, amount, network, token contract when relevant, and price deadline. A choice of currency is not an automatic swap or a promise of a fixed ETH-to-Sidelot rate. Only quotes available in the selected asset can be accepted.

The official [SIDELOT (LOT) token](/token) is live. AI token payment remains unavailable until the separate settlement integration and supported transfer behavior are verified. A token symbol is not enough to identify it. ETH is also required for network gas when paying in Sidelot.

AI marketplace fees are not finalized. The 0.50% fee examples for existing-token markets do not automatically set AI-market fees. The AI checkout must publish its actual buyer cost, seller proceeds, launcher share and platform share before anyone approves payment.

Any issuer-defined token transfer tax and network gas are separate from Sidelot’s OTC fee. No token tax rate is asserted here. Whether the token tax applies to an AI payment must be verified against its deployed behavior. A taxed transfer must never silently reduce delivery or create an unpaid balance. See the fee breakdown.

Know exactly what the credit buys

Each immutable series identifies its credit origin, issuer, service catalog and version, usage rates, denomination, expiry, fulfillment policy, transfer rules and backing reference. A change to these economic terms requires a new series instead of silently altering an existing buyer’s rights.

Credits from different providers, services, pricing versions or expiry cohorts are not interchangeable just because both display a nominal dollar value. Read the exact UTC deadline, remaining units and available models before buying. Issuance, resale, tokenization, redemption and refunds never restart the original clock.

What makes a sale completed

A real sale must bind the buyer, seller, market, exact credit series, quantity, payment asset and fee terms to one authorization. Inventory remains reserved while settlement may still occur. A browser callback, transaction hash or elapsed timer is not proof of delivery or failure.

Settlement must verify the configured network and contract, successful receipt, required finality and exact transferred amounts. Receipt identities are applied once. Payment and delivery must agree before balances and completed volume change. If payment succeeds but delivery cannot complete, the unresolved obligation stays recorded until delivery or a verified refund resolves it.

Cancellation returns only what remains when it executes; another valid fill can win the race. Recovery must check chain evidence before releasing a reservation. The launch preview does not exercise these real-funds paths.

From account credit to a token and back

The locally implemented, undeployed credit contract uses an ERC-1155 series for a defined AI usage right. Account credits must first be locked against their original backing. A mint authorization records the exact series, units, recipient and expiry, and the bridge verifies the resulting chain event before finalizing tokenized supply.

To restore spendable account usage, token redemption requires a verified finalized burn or an equivalent irreversible redemption lock. The same receipt cannot restore credit twice. Token units and spendable account units must never be counted as separate backing for the same service.

Tokenization does not transfer an upstream API key, remove service restrictions or guarantee an issuer’s solvency. The current ERC-20 coin exchange does not automatically support ERC-1155 credits. The credit contract, settlement adapter and bridge are separate infrastructure; none is publicly active yet.

Charts show completed trades

Real candles and volume must come from verified completed fills for the exact credit series and payment asset. Open offers, previews, pending transactions and test fills are excluded from real market activity. An empty real market shows No completed trades yet.

ETH and Sidelot quote histories remain separate unless a clearly identified conversion is provided. Different issuers, services, rates and expiry cohorts must not be combined into one misleading price history. A chart’s last sale is historical context, not a guaranteed executable price or a cash redemption value.

The local trading preview has its own clearly simulated candles, built from the demo fills you complete. It starts without completed trade history. Posting or cancelling an offer does not add volume. These browser-only records never enter the real markets API. The independent-market paid-fill indexer and public trading views are not connected yet.

Use credits for AI

An eligible credit pays only for the service and pricing version attached to it. Sidelot is building an API gateway for approved model usage through Sidelot or compatible agent clients. A Sidelot account key authenticates to that gateway; it does not expose an upstream provider key or add funds to your personal provider account.

Usage must reserve credit before a provider call, settle verified metering and reconcile uncertain execution before making the same balance spendable again. Unsupported tools, subscriptions and models are not covered by an unrelated credit. Independent suppliers need their own authorized, verified fulfillment integration.

The public gateway is not activated. Catalogs, rates, provider permissions, service funding, account-key controls and actual client compatibility must be verified before use.

How the holder program connects

Weekly AI allowances are planned for every positive eligible Sidelot holding, weighted by verified holding history and limited by actual funded revenue. The separate fee-waiver threshold is 15,000,000 Sidelot tokens; it does not exclude smaller holdings from the weekly allowance calculation. The official LOT token is live; weekly AI allowances remain inactive. Check the current token-market holder-waiver status. The token-market waiver requires the guardian’s one-time activation of the verified official token, followed by a qualifying balance check for the actual buyer at each fill.

The proposed funding program would allocate half of verified, collected token-fee revenue toward AI. It is not active and assumes no particular tax rate. For example, $2,000 of attributed receipts would support a $1,000 allocation only once backed by available service funding. A wallet balance or estimated token value alone is not funded provider capacity. There is no fixed weekly dollar guarantee.

The holder-benefits chapter covers eligibility, resets, XP and the separate permanent fee rule for registry token-market IDs 1–25. Those rules do not automatically determine an independent supplier’s economics or AI-market fees.

Use Support for a private ticket. Include the page, selected network, public market or transaction link and the error you saw. Never include private keys, seed phrases, wallet passwords, account API keys or supplier credentials.

Use Product status for current availability, the user guide for a shorter walkthrough and the whitepaper for the architecture. Documentation and status must change with each shipped capability; a visual preview or local test is not evidence of a live market.
